| Note with regard to the current situation in Egypt The call for applications for the Law Summer School (LSS) Cairo 2012 is based on the conviction that attending this year's Summer School would enable participants to witness a highly interesting period of time in Egypt’s history and to gain exciting insights into local facets of the Arab Spring on the one hand. On the other hand however, the development in the coming months cannot be predicted and may lead in different directions. Because of the prevailing uncertainties, the call for applications for the LSS Cairo 2012 is only provisional. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will decide upon holding this year’s LSS Cairo in July 2012. Thank you for your understanding.
